 "Wild Goose" |
Some of the main highlights of Xian include the Wild Goose Pagoda and the Little Wild Goose Pagoda (a.k.a. the "crap" pagoda). The Crap pagoda is far from crap. It stands in a park that is very tranquil and relaxing and has a little art gallery at the rear. The Wild Goose pagoda on the other hand is much more prominent and more greared towards tourism (but is easier to get to!) |

 The Great Mosque is another highlight of the city of Xian. Founded in 792AD it is unusual for a mosque in the fact that it contains no domes or minarets. |
