Xi'an Highlights

The strange thing about the market in Xi'an (or any market in China) is that the same products are sold at each stall.

For food, Xi'an is great. The meal that we are pictured having is a sort of meat fondue - i.e. cook your own by placing it in a pot of hot oil. Breakfast in Xi'an was often these big, savory pancakes sold on the side of the street.
